1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. We do not ship to international destinations at this time. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Order Processing Time

•       Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

•       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

•       You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched

3. Shipping Charges

•       We offer FREE shipping on all orders across India

•       No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping

•       Shipping charges (if any) applicable to special services will be displayed at checkout

4. Estimated Delivery Time

•       Metro cities: 3–5 business days

•       Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days

•       Remote areas: 7–10 business days

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website. If you face any issues with tracking, contact our support team.

6. Delivery Attempt & Failed Delivery

•       Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times

•       If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us

•       In such cases, re-shipment charges may apply

•       Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at the time of placing the order

7. Damaged in Transit

If your product arrives damaged due to transit, please:

•       Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product

•       Contact us at support@zenayurveda.shop within 48 hours of delivery

•       We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund & Return Policy
