At ZenAyurveda, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our Ayurvedic products. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

       The product is damaged, defective, or tampered upon delivery

       You received the wrong product

       The product is unopened and unused, returned within 7 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

       Products that have been opened and used

       Products damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage

       Orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

       Contact us at support@zenayurveda.shop or +91 9898329954 within 7 days of receiving your order

       Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product (especially if damaged or defective)

       Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days

       If approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us

3. Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected:

       We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

       Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

       Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

       For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI) — please provide your bank details when contacting us

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

       Opened or used products (unless damaged or defective)

       Products returned without prior approval from our support team

       Returns made after the 7-day window

       Products that have been altered or tampered with by the customer

5. Exchange Policy

We offer product exchanges for damaged or defective items. If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our support team with your order details and photographs. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost. If you are returning a product for any other reason, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
